2-Stroke Engine Gas Kit for Motorized Mountain Bicycle Bike

This 50cc 2-stroke engine kit allows you to convert your regular bike into a faster, cooler one capable of traveling at speeds between 20 to 40 MPH. Compatible with any 26" or 28" bike, the kit includes a 2-stroke engine, carburetor, ignition coil, CDI, throttle handlebar set, throttle cable, clutch cable, kill switch, clutch lever, chain, chain cover, sprocket with 9 hole clamp pads, chain tensioner, fuel tank, fuel filter, and exhaust pipe. After the modification, you'll enjoy significantly improved fuel efficiency of 100-150 miles per gallon, resulting in substantial gas savings.

The single-cylinder, air-cooled 2-stroke engine delivers a rated power of 1.15Kw/5000r/min (1.6 horsepower/5000r/min) and a maximum power of 1.6Kw/6000r/min (3 horsepower/6000r/min). It features a 40mm x 38mm bore and stroke, resulting in a total displacement of 48 cm3. The ignition system is CDI-based, and the compression ratio is 6:01. The driving ratio is 18:01, and the fuel type required is No.90. For lubrication, a 2-stroke petrol engine oil (or 10W/40, 10W/30) should be mixed with the fuel at a ratio of 16:1 for new sets, and 20:1 after running 500km. The spark plug type is Z4C 14MM.

The kit uses a friction plate dry clutch, and the cooling is done through natural air circulation. The top speed is limited to 30km/hour. The net weight of the entire kit is 10.5kg.

The package includes the full 50cc 2-Stroke Engine Motor Kit, but the bicycle itself is not included. Installation is relatively straightforward, requiring only basic hardware skills, tools, and approximately 2-3 hours for the process and fine-tuning adjustments.
